She excels at leading teams, mentoring junior accountants, and working closely with individual property owners to enhance financial performance.

 

Shameeka brings expertise in financial statement preparation, budgeting, and streamlining processes to increase efficiency and transparency. Her insights help property owners and investors make smarter financial decisions.

 

She holds a Master of Science in Accountancy and a B.B.A. in General Business with a minor in Finance and Marketing. Shameeka is proficient in top-tier accounting software, including MRI, Nexus Payables, Yardi Voyager, and Avid Exchange, ensuring seamless  adaptation to any client or property type.
